Refund & Cancellation Policy

    Subscriptions

    You can cancel a subscription at any time from your Dashboard or by emailing support@lowpointlabs.com. When you cancel:

    • Your access continues through the end of the current billing period.
    • We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months.
    • Credits already redeemed are non-refundable.

    Single Reports

    Single-report purchases are non-refundable once the report has been generated. If generation fails on our end before delivery, we will either regenerate the report at no charge, restore the credit, or refund the purchase — your choice.

    Failed or Defective Reports

    If a delivered report is incomplete, blank, or materially defective due to a problem on our side, contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will regenerate the report or, at our discretion, issue a refund.

    Chargebacks

    Please contact us before filing a chargeback — we can almost always resolve billing disputes faster than the card network can. Chargebacks filed without first contacting support may result in account suspension.

    How to Request a Refund

    Email support@lowpointlabs.com from the address on your account. Include the order ID or the address used to generate the report. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
